Tybalds Estate is situated in the heart of London, in the Borough of Camden. A close knit group of local residents had had enough of the dull white washed walls of the estate. The solution was for street art to take over the environment.

In collaboration with Global Street Art and the head of the residence committee our lead artist Agwa designed an artwork in response to the environment and it’s residence.

Inspired by conversations with the residence and left wing artwork Agwa developed a piece that showed the unity and diversity of the locals opposing the potential impending construction development.

The result of the project was a 15 x 3m permanent artwork that reflected the environment and it’s narrative.
